You can dip it twice for more interest. :)
Set the mug on a paper towel to dry.
Once dried place the mug on a cookie sheet, then in a cold oven. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, Bake for one hour. *NOTE* This step is optional. Baking will change the color.* Then leave mug to cool.

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

Pour two cups of flour into a large bowl.

Cut the butter into cubes.
Using a pastry cutter, or two forks, cut the butter into the flour mixture until the butter resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup flour. Do not over mix the flour should just coat the butter.
Slowly pour in about 2-3 Tbsp of the water.
Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until the dough forms a ball.  If the dough is to dry add more water one Tbsp at a time.
When the dough comes together, divide it into to equal portions. At this point you can wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge until you are ready to use it; up to 6 weeks. Or in the freezer for up to three months.
When you are ready to use it, place the dough between two pieces of parchment or wax paper.
Roll out the dough, starting from the center to the the edge, but never going over the edge.
Transfer the dough to a pie pan.
Smooth out the sides, trim the edges, and your done!
